RBS Intermediary Partners announces rate reductions
RBS Intermediary Partners has today reduced the rates on selected two year fixed rate mortgages.
Remortgage
§ First Active 2 year fixed rate online only (max LTV 60%) will be reduced to 4.99% (5.5% APR) from 5.75% with a £999 arrangement fee until 31 January 2011.
§ First Active 2 year fixed rate online only (max LTV 75%) will be reduced to 5.55% (5.6% APR) from 5.95% with a £999 arrangement fee until 31 January 2011.
For all First Active residential remortgage products there are no basic legal or valuation fees. Overpayments of up to 10% of the original balance per annum are allowed during the initial deal period.
