RBS cuts fixed rates
RBS Intermediary Partners has reduced the rates on selected two year fixed rate mortgages.
On the remortgage side, its First Active 2 year fixed rate online only (max LTV 75%) will be reduced to 5.20% (5.5% APR) from 5.55% with a £999 arrangement fee until 31 January 2011. Long term rate is 4.29%.
For purchases, the RBS 2 year fixed rate (max LTV 60%) will be reduced to 4.89% (5.4% APR) from 4.99% with a £999 arrangement fee until 31 January 2011. SVR is 5.19%. The RBS 2 year fixed rate (max LTV 75%) will be reduced to 5.20% (5.5% APR) from 5.55% with a £999 arrangement fee until 31 January 2011. SVR is 5.19%.
