Ian Moore appointed to HML Special Servicing management team

HML has announced the appointment of Ian Moore as relationship development manager on its Special Servicing team, a new role reflecting HML’s commitment to growing its Special Servicing division.

Moore joins the Special Servicing team from HML’s sales department with immediate effect. The newly created role has dual responsibility for growing the Special Servicing client base and managing supplier relationships. As HML takes on more responsibility for the credit and arrears management activity of its clients, Ian will ensure service level agreements are adhered to by both lenders’ and HML’s own panel of third party suppliers. Ian will report to Paul Fenn, managing director of Special Servicing at HML.

Paul Fenn said, “I’m delighted Ian’s joining us. Special servicing is a growth area and Ian’s appointment reflects our dedication to developing HML’s credit collections offering. Ian’s proven track record at winning new clients adds a new dynamic to the Special Servicing team – I look forward to working with him to expand and improve our offering.”
