Alliance & Leicester launches new year mortgage deals
Alliance & Leicester is launching into the 2009 mortgage market with the introduction of a number of great new mortgages with attractive, market leading rates starting from just 3.49%.
They are also reducing the rate on its competitive three year fixed rate mortgage with a £599 fee to just 4.99% (from 5.49%) and its five year fixed rate mortgage with a £599 fee is now available at only 5.29% (from 5.49%).
The bank's range of products incorporates many different elements to suit a wide range of individuals' needs, including flat fee products and percentage fee products, where the rates are from just 3.49%. There is also a two year fixed rate available at 4.99% which has no fee.
They say they also have great deals for remortgagers and all deals now come with the choice of £200 cashback or free legal fees as well as refunding valuation fees.
