RBS IP cuts rates
RBS Intermediary Partners has reduced the rates on a selected number of fixed rate mortgages.
Remortgages:
First Active 2 year fixed rate online only (max LTV 60%) will be reduced to 3.99% (4.0% APR) from 4.25% with a £999 arrangement fee until 31 March 2011. Long term rate is 3.79%.
First Active 2 year fixed rate online only (max LTV 75%) will be reduced to 4.19% (4.0% APR) from 4.49% with a £999 arrangement fee until 31 March 2011. Long term rate is 3.79%.
First Active 5 year fixed rate online only (max LTV 85%) will be reduced to 6.29% (4.5% APR) from 6.79% with a £699 arrangement fee until 31 March 2014. Long term rate is 3.79%.
Purchases
RBS 2 year fixed rate (max LTV 60%) will be reduced to 3.89% (4.4% APR) from 4.15% with a £999 arrangement fee until 31 March 2011. SVR is 4.19%.
RBS 2 year fixed rate (max LTV 75%) will be reduced to 4.09% (4.4% APR) from 4.39% with a £999 arrangement fee until 31 March 2011. SVR is 4.19%.
RBS 5 year fixed rate (max LTV 85%) will be reduced to 6.09% (5.3% APR) from 6.79% with a £999 arrangement fee until 31 March 2014. SVR is 4.19%.
