Hall leaves ifs School of Finance
Phil Hall, head of media, public affairs and ifs ProShare today left the ifs School of Finance following a two and half year stint at the global financial education specialist.
Hall said, “I have enjoyed the challenge of maintaining and enhancing the reputation of the ifs School of Finance with the media, policymakers and various other stakeholders over the last two and a half years but felt the time was now right to move on. I’m looking forward to a embracing a fresh challenge….wherever that may be.”
Appointed in July 2006 as Press & Public Affairs Manager, Hall was promoted to Head of Media & Public Affairs in 2007. In 2008 Hall was further promoted to take overall responsibility for running ifs ProShare (the membership body that acts as the voice of the employee share plans industry in the UK) in addition to his media and public affairs role for the ifs.
Chris Ray, the Director of Marketing at the ifs, will temporarily take over these responsibilities until a replacement for Hall is found.
