Nearly two thirds believe house prices will not fall further
According to a Mortgage Introducer poll which asked the question "What do you think will happen to house prices in the next six months?", 62% thought that prices would either stay the same or would rise.
Of the 694 who expressed an opinion 28% thought prices would rise and 34% thought they would stay the same, this did however leave 38% who thought they would go down, with 13% thinking they had more than 4% to fall.

34% thought prices would stay the same
25% thought prices would fall by up to 4%
13% thought prices would fall by more than 4%
