Royal London announces protection team
Royal London has announced the senior management team responsible for the Scottish Provident and Bright Grey businesses, and the bancassurance relationship with Abbey.
The management team, headed by Ross Ainslie, comprises:
Steve Streak, sales director, who will have overall responsibility for the Bright Grey and Scottish Provident sales teams. He will also work closely with Andy Peters, recently appointed National Partnerships Director for Royal London's Intermediary Division.
Gordon Watson, operations director, who will be responsible for the management of customer service for Bright Grey and, in addition, for Scottish Provident's customer service, through its outsourced partner Capita. The role also has the remit to deliver new projects and the IT infrastructure for the protection businesses.
Roger Edwards, proposition director, who will oversee the pricing, product development and IFA marketing teams for each business.
Susan Sneddon, retail director, who will continue to lead the development of Royal London's partnership with Abbey.
Alison Turner-Holmes, currently marketing director with Scottish Provident, has decided to leave the Royal London Group in July.
