Non status £1m commercial loans available
Private Financiers Anthony & Co have increased their non status commercial loan to £1,000,000 with immediate effect.
Loan to value is increased slightly to 65% of 90 day and early settlement charges have decreased to 3 months. Most commercial, semi commercial or residential investment are considered and the firm have introduced a new 14 day completion schedule.
