AFP Partnership opts for Home Buyer system
Mortgage and protection IFA, the AFP Partnership has selected Home Buyer Systems (HBS) to a provide its advisers with a compliant mortgage and GI sales system including whole-of-market sourcing using data from Defaqto. The Home Buyer System replaces AFP’s legacy sourcing system from Trigold.
Mark Banfield, senior partner at AFP Partnership commented: “The key reason for changing to Home Buyer Systems was to continue to provide our clients with a truly whole of market mortgage advice service which caters for the recent changes in distribution within the mortgage market. From a business point of view HBS also provides us with a more robust sales process for compliance purposes while at the same time being easier for the adviser to use on a day to day basis.
“The mortgage market has changed, probably for ever, and it is no use using tools developed for yesterday's market to survive and prosper today. HBS is a system designed to help the adviser prosper in today's climate. We want to provide our advisers with a tool which will put them in a strong position with clients regardless of any future changes in distribution which may occur and I believe HBS does just that.”
