Network Data calls in the administrators
In a stock exchange announcement, following months of speculation about it's finacial health, Network Data has said that it has called in the administrators.
There have been numerous claims by Network Data's Appointed Representatives that commission has not been passed onto them, while in the background Network Data were trying to sell their headquarters Botley's Mansion.
Bruce Alexander Mackay and Matthew Robert Haw of Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP have been confirmed as the administrators of Network Data, Network Data Limited and Mortgage Broking Solutions Limited.
The Company also announced that following the appointment of administrators, its contract with its Nominated Adviser, Noble & Company, had now terminated. If the Company fails to appoint an alternative Nominated Adviser on or before 7am on 23 June 2009 then, in accordance with Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
Anyone with a claim should contact the administrators at Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP, 5 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AF
