Perspective acquires Multiplex
Perspective Financial, the consolidation vehicle for IFA firms, has announced the acquisition of Multiplex Financial Trustees Ltd.
Multiplex, providing corporate health cover, pension planning and wealth management services, is based in Knutsford, Cheshire and becomes the seventh IFA practice to be brought under the Perspective umbrella.
The firm has a turnover of £1.6 million per annum, £900,000 of recurring income, and advises on over £100 million of funds. It currently employs 15 people based in its Booth Park, Knutsford offices.
By joining Perspective, Multiplex helps create a Group with turnover boosted to £8.3 million, funds under advisory and management increased to £500 million, £4 million of recurring income and a total of 50 advisers.
Multiplex will trade under its current name with all the existing management team continuing to operate and develop the business.
