West One joins Paradigm
Paradigm Mortgage Services, the mortgage partnership proposition, has added West One Loans to its bridging lending panel.
From today, Paradigm members can access West One Loans’ niche bridging service where every loan is assessed on its individual merits. Brokers dealing with West One will deal with a lender providing same-day offers and the highest level of service.
West One Loans offer products with rates, from 1.25% per month; no exit fees; residential, commercial and semi-commercial applications accepted; completions within 36 hours; non-status lending; and no upfront legal fees.
To celebrate the launch with Paradigm, West One is offering an enhanced rate of commission to all members. For a limited time, West One will pay introducers 67.5% of the loan’s arrangement fee; typical arrangement fees range from 1.5-2%.
This is a special introductory offer and applies to all cases submitted prior to 31st December 2009 that complete by 31st January 2010.
