Home Buyer launches broker to customer screen sharing system
In the latest of a series of enhancements to its mortgage and GI sales and compliance system, Home Buyer Systems has unveiled a new service that enables brokers to communicate with new and existing customers using a system that allows customers to see what is on the broker’s computer screen.
Richard Angliss, managing director of Home Buyer Systems explains the benefits of the new screen-to-screen service: “Home Buyer users now have a beginning to end, income maximising sales process built into the HBS systems. This takes prospective customers through all the steps of buying either an intermediary or direct-to-lender product – depending on which gives best value to the customer and maximises the earning opportunities.
“With the introduction of the new screen-to-screen facility, brokers can run though the sales process with customers on the phone and demonstrate all the elements of their sales presentation, without actually having to visit the customer in their own home. This means that brokers using the system will now be able to follow up sales leads that they would normally consider to be out of their area.
“In addition to contributing to the reduction of carbon emissions by saving many miles of car travel, the new service can also free up substantial valuable time for brokers to generate more business and increase their income stream.”
