Abbey launches Stamp Duty mortgage

To help those looking to take advantage of the stamp duty holiday, Abbey Mortgages has launched two Stamp Duty Saver Mortgages.

4 September, 2009

The products are:

  • 3.99%, 75% LTV, 2 year fixed rate with a £495 fee
  • 5.75% 85% LTV 2 year fixed rate with a £495 fee
The products also have a £250 cashback towards legal costs and free valuation, and are available in Abbey and A&L branches, or via the Abbey telephone or internet.

The products will be available from 4 to 25 September and must complete before 31 December when the Stamp Duty holiday ends.
