PMS expands Will service
Following the successful launch of their Wills referral service in England and Wales, PMS now offers the service in Scotland via Walker Laird solicitors.
The service allows intermediaries to refer their clients and receive income for wills written as a result.
Martin Reynolds, development director at PMS, said: “We are delighted that we have been able to expand our proposition to Scotland so quickly following our initial launch. The need for a will is very important and an area that is sadly neglected by many people. This proposition allows the intermediary to offer their clients another valuable service with the ability to earn a referral fee.”
Ronnie McGinlay, partner at Walker Laird said: "Making a Will is the only way to ensure that your clients' wishes are carried out following their death. The PMS Will writing service is a natural extension of the advice being offered by the intermediary to ensure that their client’s affairs are in good order."
