Assisted Purchase Scheme is most popular property incentive, says whitehot
Latest research compiled by whitehotproperty.co.uk, the UK’s largest seller of chain free properties (repossessions, probate and part exchanged properties), has revealed that their Assisted Purchase Scheme incentive is the most popular property incentive for buyers looking for their dream home.
The Scheme allows customers to part own their property with the seller, giving the buyer the opportunity to buy the property outright at a later date.
One property in every eight listed on whitehotproperty.co.uk is currently advertised with additional incentives, but customers are being advised to take advantage of incentives whilst they still remain on the market. The popularity and success of the whitehot property incentives scheme has meant that properties are being snapped up at a record rate, with the number of incentivised properties on offer already halving, dropping from 25% earlier this year to 13%.
The whitehot website actively markets over 1000 ‘must-sell’ properties nationwide, to provide affordable, chain-free housing to buyers.
Robin King, director of whitehot property, commented: “The market is beginning to show signs of recovery, and one of our lenders is even offering 95% mortgages on some of our properties. However, buyers need every chance possible to buy a new property. For this reason each individual incentive has been specifically designed to maximise financial assistance to help buyers complete the purchase of their dream home successfully.”
