Complete launches new financial planning arm

Complete Mortgage and Loan Services (Complete) has announced the launch of Complete Financial Planning Services Limited (CFPS)– a service offering mortgage brokers access to pension reviews and other financial planning services for their clients.
CFPS offers professional financial planning expertise on the following: pension reviews; SIPP/SSAS advice; single and group pensions; stakeholder schemes; and Life settlement plans. The advice is provided by their independent, whole of market, qualified IFAs. Brokers introducing clients are able to earn referral fees. In addition to this Complete is backing its new offering with its trusted and established “no cross selling” guarantee.
Tony Salentino, CEO commented: “We have undertaken extensive research among our regular introducers and their feedback has shown that they need access to pensions and other financial advice for their mortgage customers, without risking the loss of those clients and the related income. Complete continues to offer its existing mortgage and related services, including mortgages, secured loans, bridging loans, conveyancing, and debt solutions.
Complete also plans to launch a unique Life Settlement investment product within the next few weeks which they are sure will capture the imagination of the IFA market.
