Online mortgage monitoring system

Orbiter has announced further developments to its product tranche management module which monitors mortgage product take-up.
Called Lender Exclusive Management, the module allows lenders and networks not only to control the take-up of a particular product but also now has an extensive suite of reports to help monitor how the product is being used.
Wayne Smethurst, managing director of Orbiter Distribution Limited, explained: “A competitive product can sell out in hours if it’s made freely available, leading to all kinds of headaches and complaints when the lender tries to withdraw the product. Orbiter’s Lender Exclusive Management addresses this problem head-on, providing lenders with 100% control over their lending exposure in any particular product, even by LTV or borrower type. To help them with this control, we have developed a sophisticated reporting suite.
“We know that different lenders want different information. So Orbiter can interrogate the product data at any level and we cut and slice the data however the lenders would like it.”
