Telephone checking improves lead conversions
Leadbay has introduced new technology that will verify the telephone numbers of every single lead before it is sent to advisers. This means that every Leadbay lead received by advisers will always contain a genuine telephone number.
Whilst Leadbay is well known as the only lead generator to refund the cost of any uncontactable lead, trying to get hold of people who have, accidentally or intentionally, input an incorrect number still takes advisers time. So Leadbay has introduced the telephone number verification system to help advisers make better use of their time and achieve better conversion rates from their leads.
The introduction of verified telephone numbers is part of Leadbay’s continuous improvement programme to raise the quality of its leads.
Grant Stevens, managing director of Leadbay says, “Lead quality is something Leadbay takes very seriously. In an ideal world we would like every single lead to be a contactable person who is genuinely looking for advice. Our investment in the telephone verification system is another step towards this goal.
“Where a lead does escape our stringent tests and someone is genuinely uncontactable, we will continue to give a full refund according to our invalid lead policy.”
