Promise offers express referrals
Following rumours of Enterprise entering administration, Promise Solutions is offering a dedicated service to enable brokers to protect any pipeline commission.
Steve Walker, managing director of Promise, said: “We have had received two calls this morning from brokers wanting to move current cases to Promise.
“We have therefore set up an internal process for brokers to fax any details of any pending cases they have and we will issue new documents on the same lender immediately. As we are one of the few whole of market master brokers, we will also assess each application to see if a better alternative is available. I also expect we will pay higher commission rates. It only takes 1 minute for a broker to register with us online so we can move very quickly and liaise with any worried customers on behalf of the introducer.”
Walker added, “It is a great shame if Enterprise have fallen victim of the current market. It is also a worry for supporting brokers and their clients. By dealing with matters very quickly and efficiently, we hope that we can minimise any adverse effect on broker’s income or on clients receiving their loans.”
