Co-op launches new mortgage range
The Co-operative Financial Services has launched a new mortgage range, reducing its mortgage rates by up to 0.55%.
Available from tomorrow, the new range applies to customers of both Britannia and The Co-operative Bank.
Highlights of the new range include a ten-year fixed rate with a rate of 5.29% and an arrangement fee of £999. Or borrowers can choose a no fee option on the mortgage but pay 5.49%. The LTV is 75%. There are also three and five-year fixed rates with LTVs up to 85% and fee options – the borrower either pays a £999 fee or pays a higher mortgage rate.
John Hughes, business leader for retail products at The Co-operative Financial Services, commented: "Our mortgage range continues to offer borrowers a choice of rates and fees which means that borrowers can choose the product which best suits their needs."
