New Leaf teams up with CMC
New Leaf Distribution has teamed up with Cheshire Mortgage Corporation to offer the firm’s range of regulated mortgage products to its advisers.
Cheshire Mortgage Corporation is the residential mortgage lending division of Blemain Group, providing a range of regulated mortgage contracts including a 100% shared ownership product and micro-mortgages (mortgages from £5k to £30k). They will consider many client status profiles, from those with a perfect credit rating to those who may have had credit difficulties in the past.
New Leaf Distribution is committed to increasing the turnover and success of their advisers’ businesses by adding value at every level. This includes giving a genuine choice of lenders and products for advisers and their clients, including a whole of market mortgage panel and a comprehensive programme of Financial Services training.
