OpenConvey adds will writing service
OpenConvey, the online conveyancing portal, has added national estate planning service, Collective Legal Solutions, to its range of legal facilities for brokers registered on its website.
According to Steve Maine, managing director of OpenConvey, Collective Legal Solutions (CLS) offer a unique service to brokers, which was one of the main attractions for his company.
He said “One of the main problems we have had is to find a service which worked the way our brokers wanted. Because CLS have over 120 agents across the country, they are able to visit customers in their own homes along with the introducer, if he or she wants to be present. Our users can log in and using our simple online software, organise for a CLS agent to visit a client in just the same way they would go about setting up a request for conveyancing. It is so easy to arrange and clients will benefit from a face to face specific service, a no cross selling agreement and a procuration fee on completion of each deal.”
Chris Dingley, director of Collective Legal Solutions, commented: “We are delighted to be working with OpenConvey. We were attracted by the simplicity of their online technology and the chance to work directly with intermediaries who have clients who would definitely benefit from our service. We offer a real extra string to the options brokers can offer their clients.”
