em- unveils summer exclusives

em- has launched a summer exclusive in partnership with Platform.
Brokers will have direct access to em- and RAMP product exclusives via a link from Platform’s online clickapplication system.
The online launch also includes the added incentive of an additional 0.1% for brokers who access Platform’s online clickapplication system via em-. Brokers who submit full cases (excluding valuation) will be entitled to 0.15% on all minor, medium and heavy products. In order to take advantage of this offer, brokers need to place DIPs between 1 and 31 August, with all cases needing to be with em- by Saturday 15 September.
The offer, available for a limited time only, includes free valuations and no application fee in England and Wales and on RTB and remortgages in Scotland. The additional benefit of free legals* on medium and heavy remortgages in England and Wales provides an extremely attractive product offering.
