Clydesdale and Yorkshire launch fee free range
Clydesdale and Yorkshire banks have launched a range of fee free mortgages available till Saturday 25th February.
The limited time offer represents a saving of £999 which is the current remortgage arrangement fee.
The range includes 2-year fixes beginning at 3.29% available at 65% LTV up to 5.59% at 90% LTV, and 5-year fixes beginning at 3.79% available at 65% LTV up to 5.89% at 90% LTV.
The range also includes 2-year offset discounts from 2.89% available at 65% LTV and an offset variable deal at 4.59% available at 85% LTV .
Steve Reid, retail director for Clydesdale Bank, said: “At Clydesdale and Yorkshire we remain focused on offering a range of competitive products that meet the differing needs of our customers.
“Our fee free mortgage is designed to help people find the correct mortgage to suit their individual needs without having to pay an arrangement fee.”
