Stonebridge partners with SFS Recruitment
Stonebridge has partnered with SFS Recruitment to place AR firms within the network.
SFS has placed a number of AR firms with Stonebridge in the past but the two organisations have now pledged to work closer together in order to develop the ongoing arrangement and to ensure more firms are aware of the opportunities Stonebridge has to offer.
Richard Adams, managing director of Stonebridge Group, said: “We have been pleased with the work of SFS Recruitment and have got to know Phil and his team well over the course of the last few months.
“They operate to the highest standards in terms of AR firm and adviser support and leave no stone unturned when it comes to finding the right home for them.”
Adams added that many advisers and firms were unhappy where they were but often did not have the time or resource to conduct a full investigation around the alternatives available.
He said: “This is where SFS come in and we have found their attention to detail to be second to none in this field. The ongoing relationship has ensured a number of AR firms have already joined Stonebridge via SFS and we therefore wanted to ensure we worked as closely as possible with them.
“This new strategic partnership is all about ensuring SFS have all the information and details they need to provide their adviser and firm clients with all the available Stonebridge options.”
Phil Roberts, director of SFS Recruitment, said: “Over the last few years there has been a real need to support ARs in finding new network hosts due to challenging market conditions.
“During our extensive work in this area we have found Stonebridge to offer something different from its competitors focusing their attention towards the ARs in supporting their own business growth.”
“We now look forward to introducing their successful proposition formula to many more AR firms. In these challenging times there is a real need for such an approach to help businesses look at their own model and achieve growth through additional income streams and different ways of working.”
