High Street Home Loans boosts team
High Street Home Loans has added to its team in efforts to uphold service level commitments.
High Street Home Loans has recruited six additional processors and has relocated three remote working underwriters back into head office to ensure that the temporary surge in applications caused by the current credit market situation doesn’t affect service levels.
The move has proved successful. Whilst some lenders struggle under pressure, High Street Home Loans is offering over 35 per cent of all cases within five days – one fifth of them on the day they are received, and a third within 24 hours.
Gary Forrest, director of High Street Home Loans, said: “The service we offer and the relationships we develop with packagers are fundamental to the success of our business and theirs. So, when times are difficult, it is more important than ever that we prove to be reliable and that our packagers know that High Street Home Loans will continue to offer an efficient service, with applications honoured and offers made quickly.”
Dave McCann, director at Release added: “In the current turbulent market, we have seen the service levels of many lenders slip. However, we continue to be impressed with High Street Home Loans - it offers a fast efficient turnaround and the majority of our cases are offered within 24 hours.”
