Heritable Bank add to team
Heritable Bank has announced the appointment for Andrew Scotting.
Andrew returns to Heritable as director of its Structured Property Finance following seven years as a senior structured property finance team member at Investec, where he established its successful Manchester office.
Well known within the industry, Andrew worked at Heritable Bank for eight years prior to his move to Investec. During his career to date, he has developed market-leading expertise in structuring mezzanine and equity finance for the purchase and development of commercial and residential UK property.
At Heritable Bank, Andrew joins a strong and growing team headed up by Nick Barrett, managing director of Structured Property Finance.
Barrett commented: “Andrew is respected within the structured property finance field, where he applies many years of experience to creating funding solutions for complex transactions. He rejoins us at the perfect time, with the scope and scale of our business growing at a pace, and he will strengthen our team.”
Scotting added: “I am very excited to have returned to Heritable Bank. Heritable is a far bigger, more ambitious animal than when I left. The team is highly motivated and professional, and backed by Landsbanki we can target much larger transactions in a flexible, hands-on manner.”
