Advantage announces ADV exclusive
Advantage has teamed up with the Regulatory Alliance of Mortgage Packagers (RAMP) to offer the first exclusive deal on its ADV non-conforming range.
RAMP members can now access products from the range within the ADV:100 and ADV:200 categories, both of which are 0.2 per cent lower than the standard range.
Loan amounts are limited to a maximum £500,000 on loans of up to 75 per cent LTV and £350,000 for loans up to 80 per cent LTV. A choice of two-year fixed rates are available, starting from 7.09 per cent offering completion fee options.
Jeremy Duncombe, director of sales at Advantage, said: “RAMP is an important distribution channel and this exclusive demonstrates Advantage’s commitment to providing RAMP members with non-conforming products that truly meet the needs of their clients.
“Non-conforming borrowers should not be automatically excluded from gaining a foothold on the housing ladder; this is why we designed the ADV range, and we’re delighted to see such high levels of interest.”
RAMP members also have access to standard ADV non-conforming product range which covers most of the non-conforming sector and recently introduced new product categories in direct response to research from intermediaries that their clients have negative feelings towards the more traditional non-conforming categories such as heavy adverse. The ADV non-conforming range has seven product categories ADV: 100 to ADV: 700.
