CHL bolsters sales division

CHL Mortgages has appointed four specialist business development managers to its sales team.
The four new BDMs are Anita Mander, BDM for Leeds; Mark Whitear, BDM for Middlesex; Trevor Hockley, BDM for the East Midlands; and Matthew Hackett, packager BDM for the Midlands area.
The BDMs will be responsible for all intermediary and packager relationships within their designated areas, working with CHL distribution partners to ensure ongoing first-class service.
Trevor Child, head of sales and marketing at CHL Mortgages, commented: “We are delighted to welcome all four new BDMs to CHL and are sure they will deliver the ongoing depth and breadth of service that our current team are renowned for.
“Our BDMs are there to provide information and support to our distribution and to ensure we receive, and respond to, feedback about the products and services we provide. The recruitment of these four new members to our regional team brings our total up to 19 business development managers and four packager BDMs. It is our intention to increase the team by a further 20 per cent by 2008 to ensure we cover all geographical areas and continue delivering the help and support intermediaries and packagers are looking for.”
