Pink offers marketing allowance to ARs

10 October, 2007

Pink Home Loans is offering its Appointed Representatives (ARs) a marketing and champagne allowance on selected Commercial First deals.

Pink, along with Commercial First, is helping its ARs to secure additional business by giving additional income to help with marketing and lead generation.

The campaign, which began on 3 September, runs until 31 December 2007 and applies to selected Commercial First packaged deals (product codes COM3 & CIM) that are submitted and subsequently completed within the offer period.

Directly Authorised members of Pink are also entitled to a free bottle of champagne on selected Commercial First refinance deals that complete between September and November 2007.

Products in the promotion are available up to 85 per cent LTV, for capital raising, re-finance or purchase and investment properties.

Phil Whitehouse, business opportunities manager, Pink Home Loans, commented: “Pink is delighted to be working with Commercial First to launch this campaign to its AR and DA customers. The combination of Commercial First’s flexible product range, Pink’s dedicated support desk and in-house packaging offers fantastic opportunities for intermediaries with clients looking to purchase a commercial property, particularly for those who may not fit high street lending criteria”.

Paula Purdy, network manager at Commercial First, adds: “We are confident that our close working relationship with Pink can provide even more of a platform to drive new revenue streams for intermediaries, in what is a testing period for the market. Introducers should look upon this as an opportunity to build their business with partners they can rely on, and we look forward to working with Pink to deliver transparency, clarity and value to intermediaries and clients alike”.
