Britannia unveils three new fixed rates

Britannia will launch three fixed rates on Friday 12 October.

Product details are as follows:

  • 2 Year Fixed Rate Option 1 - 5.94 per cent up to 95 per cent LTV. £399 Arrangement Fee, £100 Administration Fee. ERC's apply.
  • 2 Year Fixed Rate Option 2 - 6.14 per cent up to 95 per cent LTV. £399 Arrangement Fee, No Administration Fee, Free First Standard Valuation. ERC's apply. Remortgage Customers Only - Free Conveyancing Service. No HLC.
  • 2 Year Fixed Rate Option 4 - 5.69 per cent up to 95 per cent LTV. £999 Arrangement Fee, No Administration Fee. ERC's apply.
All new mortgage products operate on a Daily Interest basis.
