Magic nods towards future expansion

Magic Loans' move to its new premises signals significant future expansion despite market conditions.
The new premises is over three times the size of its current offices and located in Sale, Manchester. It represents a massive investment for the firm and it is expecting to be fully moved by early 2008.
Angelo Trapasso, operations director of Magic Loans, commented: “We are moving to upgrade facilities for our staff as their importance to the future of the company must not be underestimated. It will also provide much needed space and the opportunity to expand into other areas of the marketplace. We see this not only as an investment in our business but as an investment in our people. We want their working environment to be recognised as the best in the industry as the quality of our staff demands we give them the best we can.
“Meeting rooms will be upgraded as well as the development of state of the art training facilities. There are also plans for a games room, a small gym and even a sauna. The sector may be going through a certain amount of turmoil at the moment but this move illustrates our confidence, passion and commitment to the industry.”
