Expo profits go to good cause

Mortgage Business Expo is to donate the profits it makes from last-minute registration fees to childrens charity, Kidscape.

After announcing that it would charge delagates who did not pre-register £10 on the door, Mortgage Business Expo (MBE) will be giving all monies take on Wednesday and Thursday to Kidscape.

Daniel Nwaokolo, Mortgage Business Expo London director, commented: “Mortgage Business Expo London is delighted to announce that Kidscape is the chosen charity for the 2007 show. Kidscape is a vital charity and works with the aim of keeping children safe before harm occurs.

“Entry to Expo is still free for all those who pre-register. We look forward to bringing the industry together at Mortgage Business Expo London and providing Kidscape with the registration fees from our on-the-door charge.”

Kidscape is the first charity in the UK established specifically to prevent bullying and child sexual abuse. It works UK-wide to provide individuals and organisations with practical skills and resources necessary to keep children safe from harm.
