Enness shortens brand name

Enness Private Clients has shortened its brand name to simply 'Enness' after being in business for 10 years.

What is now known as Enness group has six teams: mortgages, private office, international, bridging, commercial and development to help the firm cater for a wide range of clients.

The high net worth brokerage has launched a new group website as part of the rebrand.

Islay Robinson (pictured, right), chief executive of Enness, said: “Hugh and I are extremely proud of what’s been achieved over the last 10 years and are delighted to announce our rebrand to Enness.

“In the last year, we have launched six new specialist teams and now the move to the Enness group will enable clients to easily see how we can assist with their global property finance requirements—be it residential, commercial, or short-term assistance with cash flow.

“To grow in just a decade from a team of three to 70, with three offices and plans for a fourth in Dubai, is incredible.

“We are so excited to see our vision become reality and our passion for the industry paying off.

“There have been challenging times, with global economic uncertainty and market turbulence to overcome, but we couldn’t be prouder of our ability to diversify and what we’ve achieved.”

Enness employs 70 across London’s Mayfair, Hampstead and Monaco – with an expansion into Dubai planned later in the year.

Mark Stephens, chief executive of Harrods Bank, said: “Harrods Bank and Enness have a long-standing relationship, working together on over £155m worth of business in recent years.

“The team at Enness are experts in assisting high net worth clients with their financing requirements, something which is synonymous with our service at Harrods.

“It’s great to see its success in this complex market solidified with the launch of Enness Group. Congratulations on the last decade, and we look forward to working together for the next 10 years.”

Enness has extensive lender relationships as well as partnerships in property tax, foreign exchange, invoice financing, insurance and legal.

The firm has promised to hold a series of events with key partnersin London and Monaco throughout the year to mark a decade in business.
