Products with a £195 fee have been increased to £249, with a £945 fee to £999 and with a £1,495 fee to £1,495.
Rates generally stayed the same except from the bank’s buy-to-let 5-year fix which increased by 0.10% to 3.59% with a £249 fee.
Buy-to-let fees have risen to 0.40% of the advance from 0.30%.
Family Mortgage product fees were raised from £545 to £599 and expat application fees increased from 1% to 1.25%.
