Ingard links up with Agent Online

Ingard have partnered with Agent Online, a new intermediary focused estate agency.

Ingard have partnered with Agent Online in a deal which will see theintermediary focused estate agency’s services offered through the network's appointed representatives, specialist distribution arm and directly authorised brokerage.

Agent Online are a web and telephony only estate agency, who market sellers’ properties for a competitive fixed fee of £779 with no upfront fees. The fee includes a free property valuation, photos, floor plans, property description, for sale board and advertising on Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location for 12 months.

For every client listing Agent Online receives, the referring broker will be asked to qualify all potential buyers for that property. In many cases, this will allow the broker to provide the potential buyers with whole of market mortgage advice and other services to ensure they are being recommended the best products to suit their needs. On average there are 20-30 potential buyers for every property listing.
