Legal & General announces winners of Business Quality Awards

Legal & General has announced the winners of its sixth annual Business Quality Awards.

The Customer Excellence Award for a network went to Tenet Group and London & Country Mortgages won the data protection award.

Vita won the outstanding performance award and Protect Line won the best reinstatement performance award.

Hannah Corporation won best customer retention performance award and Customer Excellence Award for a firm went to Lifesearch.

The prestigious special recognition award went to Essential Insurance, outstanding customer outcome was won by Futureproof and Andrew Richards won best support account manager.

Lucy Brown, head of protection sales, London & Country Mortgages, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have been named the winner of the Data Precision award.

“This award recognises the hard work that all the team puts in to deliver a great customer service and experience, not only in the initial advice but also through to ensuring that processing is as smooth as possible.”

The winners of the awards were recognised at Legal & General’s London head office today.
