Mark Posniak departs from Octopus Property

Mark Posniak has quit as Octopus Property managing director along with director of risk and recoveries Matt Smith.

Posniak has been MD since September 2015 and before that he was head of sales and marketing at the firm, which at the time was known as Dragonfly Property.

Mario Berti, who will continue to lead the business, said: “Mark and Matt will leave with our very best wishes. They have helped us to build a team of over 40 experienced lending professionals and lay the foundations for the long-term success of Octopus Property.
