Northern Rock is delighted to accept the Mortgage Introducer Lender Award for the ‘Best Lifetime Lender’.

Demand for Lifetime mortgages has increased significantly over the last few years and it is proving a valuable addition to those advisers and businesses looking to develop their client services and increase their income.

Northern Rock has been a leading innovator in the Lifetime market for many years and continues to set standards for the rest of the market.

Three main Lifetime products are available from Northern Rock which meet a wide range of customer needs:

  • Lump Sum Lifetime Mortgage
Provides a one-off cash lump sum of up to 50 per cent of the value of the property.

  • Cash Plus Lifetime Mortgage
Provides a monthly cash release for life with an optional lump sum. Again, up to 50 per cent of the value of the property can be released.
  • Protected Equity Lifetime Mortgage
A unique product which allows your client to protect a proportion of between 10 per cent and 50 per cent of the eventual sale value of their property. Useful if they want to be more certain about leaving an inheritance to their next of kin.
