MortgageKeeper essential to winning award
Microsoft Small Business Challenge 2009 winner, XL Financial Services, has claimed that their use of MortgageKeeper software was “essential” in winning the award.
The judges were especially impressed with the way the XL Financial Services team had made it their mission to reduce both the amount of paper the business used and the number of hours spent on the road; shrinking the impact on both the environment - and the company finances.
The MortgageKeeper customer management system allows XL to work remotely, reduce administration time and, ultimately, remove the need for paper altogether.
Mark Davis, company Director of XL Financial Services said: “The MortgageKeeper software was vital to us for winning this award. We have calculated that we now save upwards of 5 hours a case - and the more we use the software, the quicker we are at dealing with the information. We have also managed to reduce our carbon footprint by as much as 60%.”
