MB Simply Mortgages expands
The Mansfield Building Society is improving its high street presence with the opening of its mortgage broking subsidiary, MB Simply Mortgages in Mansfield.
The new office will provide whole of market mortgage advice and a wide range of mortgage protection products provided by specialist mortgage advisers.
Chief executive of The Mansfield Building Society, Nigel Quinton, said: "The financial sector is undergoing turbulent times, with a number of institutions closing.
"Public trust in many financial organisations has diminished greatly in recent months, so it's essential the public feel they are being offered advice that has their best interests in mind.
"For us to be expanding MB Simply mortgages in this climate is fantastic news. We have always adopted a sensible approach to lending and we can offer customers a wide range of mortgages to suit their needs either through the Building Society or MB Simply Mortgages.
