Good news for buy to let
There is good news for landlords as the buy-to-let market is benefiting from an increase in competition.
')Commenting, Ray Boulger of John Charcol, said: “The buy to let market is now also benefiting from an increase in competition, with an increased range of products and/or lower rates announced over the last week from BM Solutions, Godiva, Whiteaway Laidlaw and Aldermore and, from [today], The mortgage Works. With the buy to let market suffering badly over the last 2 years, this is welcome news for many of the UK's landlords."
