NACFB member wins TCF award
Hardworking NACFB member, Damien Davies of New Capital Finance, has had his customer service standards recognised by recently rescued network, Home of Choice.
Damien was the recipient of the Gold Accreditation Award for Treating Customers Fairly.
Damien said: “I am a broker based in Ramsbottom in the north west. I deal with residential mortgages, Life cover, general Insurance and commercial mortgages and I was given the award in January of this year. The FSA instigated the TCF initiative as part of improving the image of the industry, as it is essential that consumers can go to brokers who are deemed to be competent and who treat their customers with care and consideration when helping them make with what could be one of the most important financial decisions in their lives.
“I am massively proud of the award, as my company was the first from the whole of the Home of Choice Mortgage Network for the North of England to be awarded.”
