Brightstar makes hires on first birthday
Brightstar Financial has appointed William Lloyds as office manager and Neale Duck as new business manager to coincide with its first birthday.
Lloyd is Brightstar’s youngest recruit with more than five years experience in administration and office management.
Duck has over 20 years experience in the financial industry having spent much of that time working as a senior broker in London.
Lloyd said: “This has been an exciting start for me and it is great to be with a company with such a clear vision of what it wants to achieve and is also dedicated to helping brokers.”
Duck said: “I am looking forward to bringing my new business sales knowledge to bear in a new market. It is already very evident that Brightstar’s proposition is very popular among brokers looking to place cases for clients which don’t fit the automatic underwriting route.”
Rob Jupp, managing director at Brightstar, said: “Thanks to the fantastic support of our introducers, Brightstar’s first year has exceeded even my expectations.
“In order for us to continue to flourish and build our upward momentum, we needed to recruit the best talent to help take our service to the next level.
“Therefore I am absolutely delighted to welcome William and Neale, both of whom are already proving to be a huge asset to our business.”
