Field agent firm distribution system goes live
The Charlbury Group has announced that following a three month pilot its AMS: Field Agent system will now be launched to the entire mortgage market.
AMS: Field Agent is a system designed to help lenders distribute instructions to their panel of field agent firms electronically.
Reports from the system can be customised depending on the type of job being instructed and independent management information ensures that those managing the process can retain tight controls over service level agreements and future allocation of work based on individual performance.
Charlbury said that benefits for lenders include real time allocation, case tracking and an audit trail of instructions.
Firms supporting the pilot included Paratus AMC, Bank of Ireland, Debt Management Services Ltd and PSP Fieldcall.
Paul Duckworth, director at The Charlbury Group, said: “Our thanks go to the lenders and field agent firms for supporting the pilot and for their robust, rigorous and uncompromising testing of the system.
“In the current environment it is crucial for lenders to be able to evaluate suppliers and this is made possible via the independent, aggregated management information that the system provides.
“In addition, the system is electronically interfaced to the field agent firms so there is no re-keying of data and no need for the field agent firms to change their existing work processes.
“Lenders choose their suppliers based on how they conduct business and we don’t believe that our system should alter this.”
