New chief client officer for Target Group

Outsourcing and software provider Target Group has hired Jeremy Edwards as the its new chief client officer.

Edwards has previously held senior leadership positions at Accenture, Firstsource Solutions and Hinduja Global Services and brings with him a wealth of experience in financial services, business process outsourcing and client services.

The new role brings together business development, client services, solutions and marketing into a single function, strengthening Target’s position as a client-centric, market-leading business with the experience and expertise to help customers address their issues and deliver on their goals.

Key Retirement appoints deputy CEO

Jeremy will join Target’s Executive Committee and report into Co-Group CEO Ian Larkin.

He said: “I am delighted to be joining Target Group at an exciting time in the company’s future.
