New Street Mortgages distribution director David Finlay (pictured) and sales and distribution director Adrian Whittaker have both left the business in the last week.

Alex Hammond, who was head of marketing and communications, is also joining Castle Trust as head of mortgage marketing.

Kensington Mortgages rebranded to The Northview Group in January, with New Street sitting alongside the Kensington brand.

Whittaker and Finlay were the face of New Street’s February launch, with the lender focusing on prime buy-to-let and then residential.

Finlay, who was distribution director within Kensington Mortgage Group, has worked in the mortgage industry for over 30 years and has specialist knowledge in the intermediated sector.

Prior to joining he held the position of managing director intermediary channel for Barclays UK Retail and Business Bank until 2013; was previously chairman of IMLA and also holds an MBA from the Open University.

Adrian Whittaker, sales and distribution director at New Street Mortgages, joined the company in October 2015. He was previously corporate sales director at Myhomemove, implementing the UK’s largest conveyancer’s account acquisition and development strategy.
