Openwork links up with high net worth broker Capricorn

Openwork’s 3,500 advisers can refer cases to Capricorn through the network's portal.

The Openwork network has signed a deal with London brokerage Capricorn to cater for high net worth and international clients.

Openwork’s 3,500 advisers can refer cases to its large loan arm Capricorn Private Clients through the network's portal.

Conor Murphy, director of Capricorn, said: “We are pleased Openwork is promoting us as its internal solution and we welcome introductions from brokers.

“Capricorn is a business that works with a number of large estate agents and developers in the high net worth marketplace."

Advisers that introduce business to Capricorn will be paid 20% of the gross value of the deal.

Capricorn currently works with a number of lenders including the Royal Bank of Canada, Brown Shipley Private Banking, Investec Private Banking, Private Banking Hambros, Coutts, Hoare & Co and United Overseas Bank.

Capricorn Private Clients caters for loans over £1m though deals are typically go over the £2m mark.

Capricorn arranges mortgages for a wide range of client types including those requiring smaller loans.
